Job Description
1. Own the strategy, roadmap, and total cost of ownership for group-wide platforms, including eCommerce, PIM, DAM, PLM, Retail (POS), Marketing, B2B, and Integrated Business Planning.
2. Define target state architecture and platform decisions (buy/build/composable), ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, data, and infrastructure standards.
3. Lead and develop globally distributed Group and brand platform teams, setting up effective governance, RACI models, and communities of practice.
4. Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing platform delivery, orchestrating releases and changes across multiple brands and peak seasons.
5. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Digital, Commercial, Planning, Data & Analytics, Security, and IT Operations to ensure integrated processes, data integrity, and measurable business outcomes.
6. Manage strategic vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and investments, driving cost efficiency and ROI.
7. Define and track platform KPIs and link technology outcomes to business metrics such as conversion, customer engagement, and planning adherence.
