Key Responsibilities
The Commercial & Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in streamlining the administrative aspects of sales activities for assigned customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Key Account Managers, pricing, production, product development) to ensure seamless execution of product launches, commercial offers, and promotional campaigns.
* Manage customer portals, track orders and invoices, and actively participate in commercial meetings.
* E nsure operational feasibility, smooth communication, and compliance with deliverables.
This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is required. Fluency in English and German is essential, and additional languages are considered an asset.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, or supply chain.
* Significant experience in an industrial environment, ideally in sales coordination or sales support.
