End-to-end ownership of the user experience for hundreds of thousands of monthly active users. Design across the full process — from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity user interfaces. Development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms. Close collaboration with the design teams of Leica LUX and Leica Camera to ensure a coherent experience. Profil A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality app design and clear design thinking. Master's degree in Digital Design or equivalent, with 5+ years of experience designing consumer products. Very good knowledge of Figma and experience with advanced prototyping tools (e.g. ProtoPie). Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and interaction design. High quality awareness and a strong sense of craftsmanship. Enjoyment of working in small, autonomous teams with a high level of ownership. Openness to feedback combined with the ability to confidently explain and defend design decisions.
