INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Take orders
2. Provide product selection advice
3. Take order change requests, incl. Returns; cross- & upsell
4. Provide info on delivery status, invoicing for high-value customers
5. Manage complaints & warranties, e.g. For damaged goods, delays for high-value customers
6. Qualify and warm up/activate leads generated by mktg./kam
SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES
7. In teamselling approach, align on sales actions and customer needs (with local field sales)
8. Act in alignment with local quantity and quality guidelines
9. Support sales team (sales agents; alt. Channels) to achieve performance by sharing customer insights
10. Aligning customer priorities across channels
