Tasks Advising on M&A deals, particularly private equity and exit transactions Supporting venture capital investments: equity financings, convertibles, and secondaries Corporate transformations and reorganisations Capital markets work, stock corporation law, and IPO readiness Structuring employee participation schemes Requirements Strong academic background and both state exams completed with above average results Several years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to PE/VC transactions Fluent German and confident English (spoken and written) Commercial mindset and a genuine interest in the start-up and investment ecosystem Team spirit, self-initiative, and the ability to take ownership of workstreams Eagerness to learn, develop, and contribute to a growing practice Closing This is a permanent position - apply today!
