Your Role
* You assist in first-level support – both at the service desk and via the ticketing system
* Your tasks include analyzing and resolving incidents and error messages
* You are responsible for installing and setting up IT equipment such as PCs, laptops, and smartphones
* You take care of the technical setup of conference rooms for meetings and events
* You create and maintain documentation, guides, and workarounds
Your Profile
* You are currently enrolled in an IT-related degree program
* You have strong technical understanding and a high level of service and customer orientation
* You demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
* You enjoy working independently, accurately, and in a structured manner
* You have very good German and English language skills
