Your tasks
7. Customer order processing in various SAP systems for all export goods flows of the Frankfurt distribution platform
8. Carrying out demand analyses using various supply planning tools
9. Transportation planning and management, including continuous coordination with internal departments and external partners
10. Preparation of transport and export documentation
11. Coordinating the provision of goods with the production sites
12. Customer communication and contact function for inquiries in the managed country portfolio
13. IDOC monitoring and management of pivot flows between various SAP systems
14. Creation of KPI reports and analyses
15. Processing complaints and returns as well as creating credit and debit notes
16. Maintenance of material and customer master data
Your profile
17. Business studies with a focus on supply chain management or logistics, alternatively a completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as an industrial or forwarding merchant) with many years of professional experience
18. Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and the SAP modules SD, MM, FI
19. Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
20. Valid background check from the Federal Aviation Office
