Your Mission : Inspire, connect, and guide young people and their families as they plan life-changing study abroad adventures. Your R esponsibilities: Proactive ly sales and advising of our High School exchange programs (by phone, online, and in person) Organi s ing consultations, events, fairs, and school visits Nurturing leads, building relationships, and achieving individual and team sales goals Representing CAMPS at educational events across Germany What You Bring : You are a true communicator, motivator, and achiever with a love for travel and education. We are looking for someone with: At least 3 years of proven sales experience (ideally in consultative or educational sales) German as your native language, and good English skills (additional languages are a plus) Strong communication and closing skills – results-oriented and empathetic Structured, independent, and solution-focused work style Experience abroad is a great plus but not required Why Join Us?
