The job:
* Chatting with customers via phone, messages & email
* Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use
* Provide professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels
* Follow presented response templates and quality standards
* Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project team
* Giving product tips & recommendations
We need YOU, because:

* You speak the required language fluently
* You have strong English skills – both written and spoken
* You’ve got an excellent eye for the detail
* Problem-solving is your superpower
