About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planning Manager to lead our Base Maintenance Planning Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Part 145 planning and maintenance, as well as excellent analytical and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Base Maintenance Planning team.
* Develop and implement effective KPI dashboards to monitor departmental performance.
* Plan and coordinate base maintenance checks, including resource allocation.
* Manage the C-Check project team and ensure timely execution.
* Lead C-Check progress, planning, and post-processing meetings.
* Monitor and follow up on daily resource planning to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* Solid understanding of Part 145 planning and maintenance principles.
* Excellent analytical and project management skills.
* Proven leadership and communication abilities.
* Knowledge of AMOS is a plus.
