This role is part of our Wholesale Banking Track, which introduces candidates to a dynamic, competitive, and international environment. The track prepares individuals for a career as a far-sighted banker, enabling them to truly understand their client's business.
We're seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals with a recent Master's degree and a maximum of two years of work experience. Fluency in English and French is essential. But it's not just about qualifications – we're looking for outstanding leaders who possess excellent communication skills, are customer-focused, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
The journey will consist of three six-month steps. The first step might involve supporting the Manager by collecting information about the sector and clients, helping to draw up documentation, and carrying out transactions. The second step could be joining one of our product departments or the sale team of Financial Markets, where you would help structure investment or hedging solutions for clients and support the distribution and secondary market of structured products.
In the final step, you'll join a wholesale banking department in another entity within the ING Group. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while working with a talented team of specialists who are trained in the latest financial management techniques.
