In this pivotal role, you will serve as the central point of contact for HR administration and operations across Germany. You will guide employees through the entire Employee Lifecycle, from welcoming new talent during onboarding to supporting them through complex life events such as parental leave or insurance queries.
* Lifecycle Management: Central contact for HR operations, guiding employees from onboarding through all life events and policies.
* Data & Payroll: Ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance for local employee data, social security, and payroll processing.
* M&A Support: Providing local expertise and documentation during company acquisitions and integration phases.
* Global HR Initiatives: Driving employee engagement by contributing local insights to global HR programs.
* Compliance & Risk: Managing the local compliance calendar and generating all legally required reports.
* Benefits Coordination: Managing the full benefits cycle (pension, insurance) in collaboration with global and local providers.
* Operational Excellence: Ensuring a 100% completion rate for all HR actions through proactive communication.
