Every one of those facilities needs reliable, skilled Data Center Technicians (DCTs) who can execute Smart Hands and Remote Hands work to our standard. As DCT Recruitment Specialist for the Asia-Pacific — covering India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Oceania , your job is to build and maintain a world-class DCT pool in your region. You are not a generic recruiter — you need to deeply understand what makes a great datacenter technician . Source, screen, and recruit Data Center Technicians across facilities in the APAC region
Conduct technical screening interviews — assess hands-on DC skills, not just resume keywords
Coordinate onboarding of new DCTs: facility access, safety protocols, SOP training
3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or team staffing experience (formal or informal — managing a DCT pool counts)
~ Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess hands-on datacenter skills
~ Fluent written and spoken English
