* Responsible for fleet sales and used car strategy setting
* Responsible for fleet sales channel building and SME company development
* Fleet sales target setting and monitoring to ensure target achievement
* Develop fleet sales policy to stay competitive in the market
* Support TCO and RV setting to remain competitive
* Maintain good relationships with leasing companies and partners
* Support building fleet IT system to implement fleet business
Requirements
* At least 10 years fleet sales experience in OEM or top leasing companies
* Familiar with Europe’s key leasing companies and SME channel
* Bachelor’s degree or above
* Proven track record of managing and growing fleet business
* Extraordinary problem‑solving skills and flexibility in daily operations
* Strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit
* Good communication and execution skills, strong team spirit
