How you will contribute You will: Develop, maintain and continuously improve statistical and consensus demand forecast Understand and analyze historical sales data, demand trends, promotions and seasonality Lead the cross-functional discussion around forecasting assumptions used to build the latest plan Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy KPIs and derive and govern the resulting action plan in collaboration with the cross-functional team Support the IBP process by preparing the necessary inputs, template and consolidation for the monthly demand reviews (including explanation of changes) Maintain master data and planning parameters in the relevant forecasting systems Support and actively participate in the deployment of new forecasting technologies, projects and ways of working What you will bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field Min. 3-5 years professional experience in Demand Planning or CS&L Analytical thinking and business understanding / business acumen required Digitalization skills High service orientation, continuous improvement and digital mindset Strong cross-functional communication skills (project and stakeholders management) Ability to deal with ambiguity Fluency in German and English Systems knowledge in Excel, SAP BW/SAP APO, SAP IBP, SAC, SAS, o9 I2M process & KPIs knowledge We particularly welcome applications from people with disabilities.
