Lem, DK: Personal Assistant
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide high‑level, proactive support to our CEO, CFO, and four Senior Vice Presidents.
You will report directly to our Senior Vice President – People & Growth and work from our headquarters in Lem, Denmark.
The job opportunity
As the Personal Assistant, you will become the central coordination point for the executive management team, ensuring that their time and focus are directed toward strategic and business‑critical priorities.
A key part of this role involves preparing, facilitating, and following up on management meetings. Therefore, you will manage complex calendars, arrange C‑level and SVP‑level meetings, organize two annual off‑site management meetings with participants from around the world, and handle general travel and administrative logistics.
In addition, you will ensure that our Lem office runs smoothly – maintaining structure, functionality, and a work environment that supports productivity.
You will contribute by
1. Taking ownership of executive calendars, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and continuous optimization of schedules across the executive management team.
2. Coordinating and managing end‑to‑end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, documentation, and all practical elements related to international business travel and meetings.
3. Structuring meeting agendas, ensuring relevant meeting materials are prepared, and supporting clear and efficient decision‑making.
4. Maintaining effective executive communication.

You have experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high‑level support function. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment where structure, professionalism, and discretion are essential.
You hold strong planning skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to comfortably handle many parallel tasks without losing focus.
As a person, you are proactive, independent, and service‑minded, with strong communication skills in both Danish and English. You build trust easily and navigate professionally across all organizational levels.
