Your tasks:
* Sensing and new quality invoices from the account team and customer portal daily basis
* Collect all the invoices which related with quality items
* Verify the invoices with counterpart/PIC in quality team
* Update and moderate overview master file (excel)
* Control lead time of invoice handling (receipt - verify - confirm - payment)
Your profile:
* Possible to use MS Excel/Powerpoint
* Fluent English/German
* Experience of accounting job would be plus
