DEPARTMENT MANAGER - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FOCUS (m/f/d)
In Full-Time F or our ZARA Store in Berlin
You turn every customer interaction into an experience - every single day.
As Department Manager at ZARA, you connect team, service, and processes.
You optimize workflows, analyze customer profiles, and develop strategies that make the Customer Experience on the floor tangible. You lead your team with inspiration and a hands-on approach, nurture potential through individual training, and ensure high service and performance standards are consistently met.
You know: A successful store thrives where customers feel valued and your team is motivated to give their best every single day.
You keep KPIs, budget, and stock flow in view and make decisions that drive the store forward.
Your leadership makes the difference - for your team, the store, and every single customer.
