We are seeking an accomplished Team Coordinator to join our dynamic team, providing exceptional support to our lawyers and contributing to the seamless execution of daily tasks.
* Coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence, including documents and packages.
* Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring efficient coordination with internal teams, clients, and service providers.
* Organizing business travel arrangements and processing related expense reports.
* Supporting business development initiatives led by the legal team.
* Assisting with client onboarding procedures and contributing to the invoicing process.
* Maintaining office supplies and consumables inventory, including ordering and receiving.
Key Qualifications
* Prior experience as a team assistant or executive secretary in an international setting, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
* Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential for this role. Proficiency in English is also required; knowledge of French is a plus.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels.
* Solid command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Demonstrates absolute discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
* Highly responsive, well-organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.
