✨ Join a High-End Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medical Center in Frankfurt ✨

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven and strategic Sales & Commercial Manager to lead the development of a fast-growing premium aesthetic center.

🎯 Your Role

As the commercial leader of the center, you will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring profitability, and enhancing the overall client experience in a luxury environment.

Commercial Strategy & Business Development:

1. Define and implement the sales and marketing strategy in collaboration with management and partners
2. Achieve targets for revenue, footfall, and profitability
3. Identify and develop new sales channels and service offerings
4. Establish partnerships with local stakeholders (hotels, corporate clients, private clubs, etc.)

Performance Management:

5. Track and analyze key performance indicators (sales, conversion rate, customer retention, no-shows, average basket size, etc.)
6. Optimize agenda bookings and appointment scheduling
7. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to improve the client journey
8. Oversee daily sales operations and ensure a premium-level client welcome

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

9. Manage, coach, and motivate the team (especially the front desk) to upsell and promote services
10. Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure campaigns are executed effectively
11. Contribute ideas to enhance client journeys, service offers, and sales arguments

👤 Profile

12. Degree in business, marketing, management or related field
13. At least 8–10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the aesthetic, medical, wellness or luxury sectors
14. Fluent in German and English, Russian is a plus.
15. Strong commercial mindset, analytical skills, and result-oriented approach
16. Impeccable presentation, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep sense of luxury service
17. Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and performance reporting
18. Knowledge of the local market in Frankfurt and surrounding areas is a plus
19. Hands-on, creative, and confident in handling critical situations
