The Faculty of Medicine at the University of Tübingen invites applications for a position at the University Clinic for Neurology, Department of Neurology and Epileptology, and the Department for Radiology, Diagnostic and Interventional Neuroradiology, as a
Professor (W2) for Integrative Neuroimaging with a Focus on Epileptology (m/f/d)
5 of the Baden-Württemberg state law covering higher education and specifically the promotion of highly gifted junior researchers.
Committed and active participation in teaching in the degree programs of the Faculty of Medicine, particularly with regard to innovative curricula and modern teaching formats, is expected; ideally, this will be complemented by highly evaluated teaching experience. The teaching obligation is nine semester hours per week (SWS).
Prerequisites for employment are a license to practice medicine and the specialist qualification in neurology or an international equivalent which is recognized as equivalent by the Baden-Württemberg Medical Association (Landesärztekammer). Also required are postdoctoral qualifications and teaching experience equivalent to the requirements of a full professorship.
