About this Position
Join our Loctite Digital Initiatives team and gain hands-on experience in project management and process optimization within Henkel Adhesive Technologies.
What you´ll do
* Structure, coordinate, and implement key initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and enable new ways of working across global teams
* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing projects within the Loctite Pulse portfolio
* Contribute to the definition and improvement of management tools and processes, ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders
* Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for project updates, SteerCo meetings, and workshops
* Assist in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate business requirements and translate them into actionable next steps
* Participate in internal workshops and meetings, capturing key outcomes and following up on actions
What makes you a good fit
* Student who is currently enrolled in business administration, project management or a related field
* Strong interest in project coordination, process optimization, and stakeholder management
* Fluency in English language, German is a plus
* Confident in the use of Microsoft Office tools especially PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge of collaboration tools e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint is a plus
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a structured and proactive working style
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050 - 2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
