Senior Credit Support Specialist
The role of a Senior Credit Support Specialist involves assessing and evaluating credit requests, developing structuring solutions within acceptable credit risk parameters, and contributing to the Bank's lending portfolio growth.
Key responsibilities include analyzing complex credit requests, developing and implementing solutions, and serving as the point of contact for these activities.
* Ensure that credit structuring and granting align with the Bank's Risk Appetite, limits, Policy, and Procedures.
* Provide credit ratings for requests and decide on complex credit files within the Delegation Authority Framework.
* Drive business development and revenue growth while remaining within the Bank's Risk Appetite.

Skills and Qualifications
* Masters degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector or a relevant position.
* Fluency in French and English; any other language is an asset.
* Good understanding of Laws & Regulations, Tax, Data Collection & Analysis, and Systems.
* Strong Knowledge of Credit Expertise, Guarantees, Risk Assessment & Mitigation, and Negotiation.
* Excellent Understanding of Credit Products Knowledge and Policies & Procedures.
