Job Overview
This BMS Construction Manager job offers an excellent opportunity to lead Building Management Systems delivery on flagship data centre projects in Frankfurt, Germany. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager - BMS, the BMS Construction Manager will own the BMS package from design through handover for this critical general contractor role.
Job Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of the BMS/EPMS package delivery, from design review through construction, commissioning, and handover in this BMS Construction Manager job.
* Manage BMS subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors on site, ensuring seamless integration with MEP systems.
* Handle technical queries, RFIs, design coordination, QA/QC, progress tracking, and risk management for data centre jobs.
Job Requirements
* Proven experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Controls, with site delivery on data centre, pharmaceutical, or industrial construction projects.
* Background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering; strong HVAC/MEP integration knowledge.
* Site-based availability (5 days/week), subcontractor management skills, and excellent communication; preferred experience in BMS/controls on large jobs.
