Aufgabengebiet:
* Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Controlling der rollierenden 3 Jahresplanung für Commercial Property und SME & PL DACH
* Monitoring und Controlling der kurz- und mittelfristigen Projekte innerhalb die verschiedenen Profitcenter zur Erreichung der operativen und finanziellen Ziele innerhalb des 3 Jahresplans
* Entwicklung-, Aufbau und Pflege aller Salesforce-Aktivitäten für Commercial Property DACH zur Unterstützung wirksamer Markbearbeitung in DACH.
* Mitarbeit bei der aktiven Marktbearbeitung und Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, neben der Recherche auch die Erstellung von Präsentationen für die jeweiligen Produkte und Ländermärkte in der DACH-Region
* Steuerung und Qualitätsprüfung bei regulatorischen Aufgaben, insbesondere InflightReviews und Risk Assessments sowie Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von internen Audits oder Quality Reviews
Anforderungsprofil:
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Versicherungskaufmann/-frau oder gleichwertige Erfahrung im Versicherungsbereich in P&C und/oder Abschluss eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiums
* Mindestens erste Berufserfahrung in der Versicherung
* Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, sowie Freude an strategischer Arbeit und Implementierung der Maßnahmen
* Du bist teamfähig, arbeitest selbstständig und besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Stärken
* Eine ausgeprägte Service-Bereitschaft – intern wie extern – runden dein Profil ab.
* Sehr gute MS Office Skills insbesondere PowerPoint
