German-Speaking Recruitment Consultant (DACH Market) 📍 London | 5 days onsite
Summit Rec2Rec is working exclusively with one high-performing recruitment business that is hiring a native or fully fluent German speaker to join their team and cover the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
This opportunity is open to candidates from all professional backgrounds who are 1–2 years into their career and genuinely open to a change. You could be working in any industry, sector or role right now — what matters most is that you are fully committed to pursuing a career in recruitment and sales, and have taken the time to understand what the role involves and are fluent in German.

You’ll be joining a business that takes training seriously, with a dedicated in-house Head of Learning & Development to support structured onboarding, coaching and long-term progression.
What They’re Looking For
* Native or fully fluent German speaker (non-negotiable)
* 1–2 years’ professional experience and open to a career change
* Strong interest in recruitment and sales — you’ve done your research
* Driven, focused, disciplined and resilient
* Able to work 5 days per week onsite in Farringdon
* Motivated by high earnings and clear progression
The Process
* First-stage call with the Founder of Summit of Rec2Rec to explore the opportunity in detail and ensure mutual alignment
* If suitable, a formal introduction to the client
* Full interview preparation and ongoing support, guiding you from first interview through to offer stage
Package & Incentives
* £26,000 base salary
* Up to 40% commission (uncapped)
* 4 incentive holidays per year
