1. As a management tandem with the Business Product Line Manager (m/f/d), you will assume joint responsibility for the strategy, commercial success and innovation of the product line. In addition to the disciplinary management and development of your employees, this includes responsibility for project, risk and opportunity management as well as building and maintaining relationships with our customers with a focus on customer benefit and application understanding.
2. As Product Line Manager Technology (m/f/d), you will also be responsible for the following topics: Development of products and technologies in the area of Switchgear for mining trucks Electric drive systems for construction machinery Taking over the technical offer management, Designing the technology roadmap.

3. Successfully completed relevant studies (e.g. electronics, computer science, physics) or comparable professional experience
4. Strategic and interdisciplinary thinking
5. Knowledge of business administration
6. Ability to cooperate, resolve conflicts and reflect
7. Fluent language skills in both German and English
8. Management experience as a technical and/or disciplinary manager or in leading project teams
