SERVICE ENGINEERING – Technical Expertise for Sustainable Solutions
Our Service Engineering team, part of the Projects department, consists of two experienced colleagues who ensure that our technical solutions continue to perform reliably in the field over the long term.
They act as the interface between development, production, service, and the customer – with the goal of gathering technical feedback from the field, developing solutions, and driving the continuous improvement of our products.
Whether it’s complex fault analysis, technical documentation, or customized customer adaptations – their expertise plays a key role in deepening our system knowledge and enhancing our products.
Their contribution: hands-on, solution-oriented, and indispensable.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
12. Your mission: With your commitment, you ensure that our products deliver top quality to our customers over the long term.
You are the central point of contact between our internal experts and the specific needs of our customers when it comes to developing tailor-made service solutions. You keep the big picture in mind and coordinate the deployment of our technical specialists.
13. Whether on the technical support hotline or on-site with the customer – you are always on the front line when it comes to solving challenges and implementing solutions.
You analyze and assess system functions, identify root causes, and consistently find the best technical approach.
You also play an active role on the international stage, helping to expand our global service activities.
YOUR SKILLS
14. A completed technical education, a degree in engineering or technical management, or a comparable qualification
15. Willingness to travel (up to 25%) and no fear of flying – a driver’s license is available or in progress
16. Technical understanding and ideally an affinity for software, along with an agile mindset
17. Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
18. A self-reliant working style and strong communication skills – you’re able to liaise confidently between internal teams and customers and always focus on solutions
19. Nice to have: Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, SAP, or network analysis tools
