* Back office sales responsibilities for Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia
* Manage spare parts orders from offer to order and through to delivery
* Maintain customer contacts and opportunities in the CRM tool.
* Establish and maintain contact with relevant representatives within key client organisations.
* Prepare annual customer service agreements so that orders are placed by customers on time.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and report to Australian Branch - Senior Vice President
Qualifications Qualifications
* Professional experience in sales and an affinity for technical products
* Knowledge of MS Office programs and experience with CRM systems an advantage
* Willingness to undertake occasional business trips (Domestic and Abroad)
* Good co-ordination and organizational skills
* We need a team player, with hands-on attitude and a flexible mindset
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
