Head of sales - app growth & mobile marketing (remote eu based)

REPLUG is an award-winning mobile growth agency working with mobile-first brands to design and execute tailor-made strategies via App Store Optimization, Paid Acquisition, Creative Strategies, and Growth Consulting.

Among the brands we helped, you can find FreeNow, Kptncook, Ecosia, FreeCash, Bolt, and many more.

We’re now looking for a Head of Sales to take ownership of our sales engine and work alongside the co-founder to drive expansion strategies.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role. You will start as the senior revenue owner, to drive new business and shape how we sell. Your first mission is to close deals and grow the team following the revenue growth projection.

If you’re looking for a comfortable corporate Head of Sales role with SDRs and a large team already in place, this isn’t it.

Tasks

Own revenue generation

• Generate pipeline through outbound and inbound channels

• Lead discovery calls and pitch our services to mobile companies

• Close deals across all REPLUG offerings (ASO, Paid UA, consulting, performance ads)

Run the full sales cycle

• Prospect → qualify → pitch → negotiate → close

• Manage deals end-to-end

Build the sales engine

• Help refine our sales playbook

• Develop scalable outbound strategies

• Turn successful sales motions into repeatable frameworks

Work directly with the founders

• Provide market feedback

• Help shape our commercial positioning

• Influence service packaging and pricing

Build the team (once the engine works)

• Help hire additional sales talent

• Contribute to building the sales organization

Represent the company

• You will be joining industry events and potentially represent the company with speaking engagements.

We are building the team from the ground up. If you enjoy selling, building strategies, and getting things done, then we are looking for you.


Requirements

* 5+ years of experience selling mobile app marketing, AdTech products, or performance marketing services
* Proven track record of closing mid- and high-ticket deals
* Strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem (UA channels, attribution, ROAS, LTV, SKAN, MMPs)
* Experience running full sales cycles independently
* Strong entrepreneurial mindset
* Comfortable with outbound prospecting
* Business fluent English is a must (any additional European language is a plus)
* Nice to have: previous agency experience
