The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of corporate product are varied. The corporate product takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell manufacturing. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of corporate product.
How You Will CELLebrate
* Definition of product quality tasks in series production for battery cells
* Control of product quality issues for battery cell projects in series production
* Definition of uniform product audit requirements for implementation by the product audit functions in the battery cell plants
* Carry out the scale comparisons to ensure that the product audit bodies in the battery cell plants evaluate according to uniform standards
* Cross-functional responsibility for the control and processing of corrective actions to ensure product delivery quality
* Further development, coordination and decision-making of overarching quality methods and concepts to achieve goals in series projects and in PowerCo SE
* Management of the interface to the customer in corporate product quality aspects
What You Need For Our CELLebration
* Degree in engineering in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology, materials science, chemistry or comparable qualification
* Experienced manager with personnel responsibility. At least 10 years of professional experience
* Experience in global corporations or large medium-sized companies (> 3,000 employees)
* Experience in the automotive or chemical industry preferred
* At least one professional station with a focus on quality is desired (QM, supplier quality, etc.)
* Profound English and German language capabilities
* Experience in product and production companies preferred
* Experience in transformation projects
* Leadership experience in project and line functions
* Product start-up experience, preferably also globally
* Willingness to spend short periods abroad (up to four weeks)
* Good IT affinity
* Able to act constructively and in a leading manner in heterogeneous groups, even without authority to issue instructions
* High frustration tolerance
* Willingness for new topics and new solutions
* Able to remain able to act in complex situations
* Be able to penetrate and structure complex issues, develop solution proposals and prepare decision templates for management decisions
