Your Tasks
An inspiring and cooperative environment awaits you with interesting topics from two worlds: Project management in Supply Chain Innovation and Knowledge Management/Learning for the Supply Chain Innovation Project Leader Community. You will be working in an international, cross-functional team with exciting interfaces to Supply Chain and Innovation Management. Typical tasks include:
* Support in the execution and steering of Innovation Projects within Supply Chain and content creation for our functional development areas
* Analysis, documentation and optimization of Supply Chain processes and Master Data in SAP for Innovation Projects
* X-functional work with different functions in Supply Chain, Marketing, Research & Development, Controlling and others to bring our innovation into the markets
* Create and maintain Learning Hub/Global Onboarding pages in Microsoft SharePoint within Supply Chain Innovation
* Administrate learning content in our Learning Platforms
* Support in organizing our Supply Chain Project Leader Academy
Your Profile
* Advanced studies in International Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or similar. Also studies with focus on Learning or HR welcome
* Enrolled during the whole employment period
* Previous work experience (incl. internships) in relevant companies
* Interested in and knowledge about Supply Chain and Innovation Management
* Interested in and basic knowledge about learning tools and content development (e-learnings, videos, …)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools esp. PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams
* Highly motivated individual with high learning agility who would like to pursue a Supply Chain or HR professional career path
* Strong people soft skills and high maturity level on engaging with key business stakeholders
Excellent English communication in both oral and written
