You take ownership of the partnership and turn strategic intent into measurable commercial success. The Challenge
The Software Vendor landscape is evolving rapidly. Signing a contract is only the first step. True success depends on speed, integration quality, joint positioning, and sustained commercial execution. Traditional partnership management is not enough to win against well-funded competitors or to unlock the full potential of each ISV ecosystem.
As ISV Partner Account Manager Growth (m/f/d), you are responsible for developing newly signed Software Vendor partnerships into sustainable, high-performing growth drivers for Nexi. Following the successful contract conclusion by the ISV Hunter Partner Sales team, you take full ownership of the partner relationship and lead the commercial and operational development across the entire lifecycle — from onboarding and technical integration, through joint go-to-market and revenue ramp-up, to long-term expansion and strategic positioning.

Partner Activation & Onboarding
Lead partner onboarding after contract signature
Coordinate technical integration with product and engineering teams
Drive structured ramp-up programs
Develop enablement concepts, playbooks and training materials
Support partner sales teams with commercial positioning and pricing models
Growth & Revenue Management
Own partner-specific growth plans and forecasts
Drive pipeline development together with partners
Identify upselling, cross-sell and expansion opportunities
Track KPIs and revenue development
Optimize go-to-market processes for scale
Strategic Partner Development
Build senior-level relationships within partner organizations
Position Nexi as preferred payments partner
Drive joint business planning and QBRs
Identify innovation opportunities and roadmap inputs
Represent partner interests internally
Internal Orchestration
Act as main interface for assigned partners
Work cross-functionally with Product, Integration, Marketing, Legal and Operations
Translate partner needs into internal priorities
Ensure execution excellence along the partner lifecycle
Profil
Several years of experience in partner management, customer success or business development in B2B software or SaaS environments
Proven track record in scaling partnerships commercially
Strong commercial and analytical capabilities
Experience working with technical integration teams
Understanding of APIs, SaaS platforms and payment workflows
Ability to operate in matrix organizations
Fluent in German and English
