Your tasks
6. Supporting the clinical trial associate and/or contracting team as trial support in the field of clinical research
7. Support in the preparation of study documents and documents for ethics and regulatory submission
8. Continuous management and archiving of study documents and their administration
9. Support administration in the area of contracting around the created study contracts (tracking, dispatch, quality control, archiving)
10. Contract administration in the individual indications
11. Logistics and distribution of study materials as well as general data entry
Your profile
12. Successfully completed vocational training as a BTA, CTA or a comparable qualification
13. First professional experience in the commercial or administrative area
14. Good knowledge of the MS Office package
15. Proficient in written and spoken English and German
16. Ability to communicate and work in a team
17. An independent and structured way of working
