We are looking for aTrainer & Quality Coordinatorto help our warehouse teams grow their skills and ensure our daily operations run smoothly. In this role, you will support training activities, helpmaintainhigh-quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across our contractlogisticsoperations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a good eye for detail, and wants to develop their career inlogistics.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
1. Deliver onboarding and basic operational training (safety, equipment handling, receiving, picking, packing, inventory, shipping).
2. Help create and update training materials such as SOPs, work instructions, presentations, and job aids.
3. Maintain training records, certifications (e.g., forklift/MHE), and skill matrices.
4. Support refresher training and day-to-day coaching on warehouse processes.
5. Provide feedback on training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Quality Support
6. Assistin monitoring quality standards based on customer and internal requirements.
7. Participate in internal checks on key warehouse activities (order accuracy, labeling, scanning, packaging).
8. Support investigations of quality issues and help document corrective actions.
9. Help track key quality indicators such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and damage rates.
Compliance & Safety
10. EnsureSOPs are kept updated and followed by the team.
11. Support safety training and compliance with local regulations.
12. Work with the HSE team to promote safe work habits.
Continuous Improvement
13. Helpidentifyimprovement opportunities in daily operations.
14. Take part in customer meetings and operational improvement discussions.
15. Collaborate with supervisors tooptimizeworkflow and productivity.
16. Support new project launches and process changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
17. degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience (preferred but not mandatory).
18. Some experience in warehouse operations,logistics, or 3PL environment.
19. Basic understanding oflogisticsprocesses (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory).
20. Interest or initial experience in training, quality, or auditing activities.
21. Good communicationand presentation skills.
22. Familiarity with WMS systems is a plus.
23. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
24. Fluency in English and German.
Preferred Skills
25. Certifications such as Train-the-Trainer, ISO Auditor, or Lean Six Sigma (not mandatory).
26. Experience with MHE (forklifts, reachtrucks) or safety training is a plus.
27. Experience working with customer KPIs or SLA monitoring is an advantage.
