<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support the supervisor in managing daily operations of the delivery station.</li><li>Lead and guide a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.</li><li>Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.</li><li>Assist with team briefings and ensure all staff follow safety and quality standards.</li><li>Identify and report issues affecting performance or service quality.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.</li><li>Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices.</li><li>Communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.</li><li>Hands-on, reliable, and willing to take responsibility.</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.</li><li>Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.</li></ul><p></p>
