Procurement Transformation Manager
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Transformation Manager to join our team and drive the adoption of Amazon Business solutions for large strategic accounts. As a key member of our pan-EU team, you will be responsible for analyzing current purchasing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement using Amazon Business solutions.
Your primary goal will be to analyze and define requirements for utilizing Amazon Business solutions, oversee program execution, and provide timely communications to customers and internal stakeholders. You will also assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various internal teams to relay customer needs and requirements and drive solutions for our largest customers. You will lead large-scale projects to analyze, define, and implement innovative solutions for our B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze current purchasing processes for customers and evaluate opportunities for Amazon Business solutions to improve end-user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance
* Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions
* Define requirements and scope programs for utilizing AB solutions
* Oversee program execution including personnel assignment, project scheduling, and timely delivery
* Provide timely, clear, and concise communications to customers and Amazon Business Leadership
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in B2B procurement, project management, or consulting
* English and German language proficiency (C1 level)
* Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (eProcurement) solutions
* Superior communication skills – both oral and written
* Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience identifying trends and needs to improve large-scale technology deals
* Experience in B2B sales with a focus on hunting new business
