A leading American law firm with a strong and growing presence in Luxembourg is currently seeking a Banking & Finance Lawyer with at least 7 years of experience to support the continued expansion of its Finance practice.

Your Responsibilities : Advise international banks, private equity sponsors, debt funds, and multinational clients on complex financing transactions
Work on acquisition finance, fund finance, restructuring, real estate finance, and general banking matters
Draft and negotiate finance documentation and transaction-related agreements
Coordinate cross-border transactions alongside international offices and external stakeholders
Participate actively in the development of the Luxembourg Finance practice
Your Profile : Minimum 7 years of experience within a recognised law firm in Banking & Finance
Luxembourg Bar qualification preferred
Fluent in both French and English
Strong technical background and transactional exposure
Commercial mindset and ability to interact directly with high-level international clients
