Role Overview We are looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our growing German team. The role focuses on technical design and implementation of ServiceNow customer projects across a range of modules. Responsibilities Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow customer projects. Work across CSM, FSM, SPM, SOM, and other ServiceNow modules. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, value‑adding solutions. Engage directly with customers, building trust and long‑term partnerships. Drive best practices, mentor colleagues, and collaborate across teams. Deliver solutions on time, on budget, and within scope. Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience in complex implementations. Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture, applications, and integrations. Strong background in customer‑facing roles, solution design, and delivery. ServiceNow certifications (desired). Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies (advantage). Fluent German & English.
