Responsibilities
* Strategy and Execution: Development, implementation, and management of local marketing strategies
* Media & Campaigns: Planning, optimization, and monitoring of advertising campaigns (e.g., TV, social media, Google) with agencies
* Market Analysis and Go-to-Market: Adaptation of marketing materials for B2C and B2B, monitoring market trends and competitive activities
* Team and Collaboration: Close coordination with global teams, partners, agencies, and support for sales teams
* Budget Responsibility: Planning, management, and oversight of marketing budgets
Profile
* Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing
* Relevant professional experience in global FMCG marketing
* International work experience (e.g., global teams or subsidiaries)
* Expertise in media planning/buying (TV, digital)
* Fluent in English, additional language from the Eastern European region preferred
* Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills
* Team player with an entrepreneurial approach
