Production, Synthesis & Troubleshooting (90%):
Support for experiments and production approaches in the company (focus: organic chemical substances) to optimize reaction parameters and increase process stability.Complete documentation, evaluation and interpretation of the results of operational trials.Continuous revision and further development of manufacturing instructions.Evaluation of production deviations and independent management of troubleshooting.Active participation in risk analyses and the creation of safety and quality-related documents (especially in the context of the Major Accident Ordinance) .Business organization & occupational safety (10%):
Strictly ensuring and monitoring compliance with legal and internal safety regulations when working in the chemical plant. Your profile
Qualification: Completed studies in natural sciences (Master's / Diploma / Bachelor's) with a successfully completed doctorate (PostDoc level).Expertise: Comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge in preparative organic synthetic chemistry.Professional experience: Many years of sound experience in reaction control (laboratory and pilot plant scale) as well as in process transfer from laboratory to pilot plant (scale-up).Language skills: Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (for documentation and interface work).Nice to Have:
Regulatory knowledge: Initial contact with the requirements of the Major Accident Ordinance or extended safety and risk analyses in the chemical production environment.IT skills: Solid experience with specific production and documentation systems in the chemical industry .
