We are hiring two dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Managers (M&E Infrastructure) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships within the Media and Entertainment industries. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue growth by delivering tailored solutions that address the unique needs of this fast-paced market. Key duties and responsibilities: Business Development- Identify new sales opportunities within the sector, leveraging market research and industry knowledge. Client Relationship Management- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long‑term partnerships. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Solution Selling- Understand clients’ needs and challenges to propose customised solutions that align with organisational goals. Collaborate with internal team to develop proposals, deliver presentations, and close sales. Contract Management- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales activities and account information in CRM systems. Market Knowledge- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and policies affecting the industry. Provide insights and feedback to influence our product portfolio and marketing strategies. Performance Metrics- Directly responsible for meeting or exceeding a defined annual Gross Margin target. Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to manage the full sales lifecycle of high‑value infrastructure projects while maintaining healthy profitability ratios. Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy. Education, Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Deep technical understanding of VFX and Animation workflows, including high‑performance compute (HPC), GPU rendering, Tier‑1 storage (Dell PowerScale, Qumulo, Pixit), VDI, Cloud‑Hybrid workflows (AWS/Azure), and NVMe‑over‑Fabrics. Proven experience navigating complex procurement processes within the DACH region. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a focus on Gross Margin preservation. Ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders. Results‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Degree level candidates preferred but not mandatory. Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential for this role to facilitate local contract negotiations and internal UK reporting. These are high‑activity, regionally‑bound roles. While supported by home‑office infrastructure, the successful candidate must be resident in the assigned region (Berlin or Hamburg) to facilitate frequent face‑to‑face client engagement and on‑site pipeline consultations.
