* Ability to persuade and collaborate with various partners across companies, functions and hierarchies, employing a proactive and open‑minded approach
* Proven project leadership management skills in an international, cross‑functional setting, effectively integrating and collaborating with a diverse ecosystem
* Excellent business network across Siemens, knowledge of Siemens software portfolio, technologies and processes would be a plus
* Genuine passion for shaping the future tech agenda of the company
* Business fluent in English and German is required
