Schedule: Approximately 23 hours Monday through Friday in the early evening (daycare pickup, dinner preparation, and aftercare at home) Occasional weekend afternoons, arranged in advance Due to my work schedule, we follow the American holiday calendar; full-day care would be needed on German public holidays Occasional full-day care if our daughter is sick and unable to attend daycare We are looking for someone who: Has strong experience caring for toddlers Has a valid drivers license and own vehicle for daycare pickup Is comfortable preparing simple, child-friendly dinners Is comfortable around dogs (we have a friendly family dog) Is reliable, communicative, and consistent At home we speak English and Spanish, and we are happy for our daughter to be exposed to German as well.
