In Frankfurt we are looking for you to join us in a full-time or part-time, permanent position as Senior Transformation Officer (all genders) in BNP Paribas Territory Functions

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
Leading the successful implementation of Finance transformation initiatives, related to operational modelling, process engineering, automation, people development, architecture evolutions, and functional partnerships
Implementing evolutions of F&S system landscape at Germany Finance Branch
Contribute to the Global Governance of F&S transversal projects and programs, acting as single point of contact of Branch Finance on assigned projects
Managing diverse pool of Transformation Finance initiatives, with a strong focus on digitization, automation, process optimization and correlated adaptation of the organization
Coordinating the data collection for our Germany Branch Finance Project Portfolio
Animating an internal periodic review of the portfolio, keeping its content updated through exchanges with relevant counterparts
Providing support to other Finance colleagues attending to transversal needs of the team
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Engineering, Finance, Management or equivalent
Longterm experience in the financial industry / advisory
Profound experience as a Project Manager and Change Manager ideally within Banking/Financial services industry, applying different project Management methodologies (PMP, Lean, Agile Methodologies)
Proven experience in leading change and transformation, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and impact tracking.
Expertise in process modelling, digital transformation and IT systems/tools
General knowledge of finance domain and its major processes (Accounting, Controls, reporting…), as well notion of Banking regulatory framework
Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented working style
Full professional fluency in German and English, knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus
