Purpose
As a Director Transformation & Culture in the adidas Digital Transformation Office your task is to drive digital transformation across the company in close collaboration with Corporate Communications and Human Resources. The objective is to develop and deliver communication, engagement and change programs to accelerate digital transformation while embracing the company culture. The program scope may comprise multiple countries and on a global level. Additionally, you will act as a catalyst and ambassador of the digital transformation and be a central interface between the SVP Digital, Corporate Communications as well as Global Human Resources.
Key Accountabilities
Scope: Drive Digital Culture and Communication within the Digital Transformation Office
Develop Strategy and Framework
* Develop and implement a Framework for Communications, Change and Culture as part of the Digital Transformation in alignment with the DLT, Global HR and Corporate Communications
* Lead complex transformation projects with a focus on Culture, working closely with the DLT and key stakeholders
* Identify digital communication and culture opportunities and drive their implementation and delivery.
* Develop detailed plans that allow providing transparency on progress
Drive Organizational Development
* Interface and provide guidance to HR for optimized core people processes such as recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding of the digital community.
* Collaborate with HR to define clear change management strategies and action plans to engage with people and transform the organization
* Act as a digital change ambassador and catalyst within the organization for digital transformation in close collaboration with the Digital Leadership team.
* Elevate Digital best practices for wider group cultural transformation.
Develop and leverage collaboration, engagement and communication tools (internal and external)
* Engage with IT, Corporate Communications and other areas to boost adoption of emerging digital tools
* Lead digital culture by introducing new collaboration and audience interaction tools.
* Apply appropriate and effective communication methods to senior management and important stakeholders
* Facilitate internal trainings, digital engagements platforms and formats
* Provide benchmarking of digital transformation against other companies within the industry and beyond
Project Controlling
* Ensure project & program delivery against KPIs and in line the committed budget.
* Monitor project & program variables (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against plan in order to implement corrective or future actions.
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience
1. Education & Experience
* Ideally Master’s degree with focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 10+ years of in-depth experience in global organization and/or top tier consulting firm/agency in the area of communications or change/culture management.
* Experience working with stakeholders at various seniority levels as well as subject matter experts across various functions (Communications, Human Resources, Digital, Product, Market Functions)
