Aufgaben Coordinate, manage and motivate an existing team of software developers, architects and technical experts. Provide key impetus for the company's technical strategy: design the development strategy for the software portfolio and oversee its implementation throughout the entire development life cycle. Responsible for technical roadmaps and support the team in development decisions with a customer‑ and business‑centred approach. Represent the company effectively at the interface with partners and integrators. Support technical sales activities and marketing campaigns to contribute to the commercial success of the software products. Profil Successfully completed university studies in computer science, software engineering, medical informatics or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in software development with team management experience. Industry knowledge in a highly regulated market (e.g. IT security) is an advantage. Strong communication skills and a talent for utilising networks for success. Business fluent German and very good English skills.
