Responsibilities
* Organization and Time Management: Managing appointment calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the supervisor is informed of all upcoming appointments and their details.
* Communication and Correspondence: Responding to emails, phone calls, and general correspondence with business partners and clients.
* Travel Planning: Organizing business trips, including flight bookings and accommodations.
* Administrative Tasks: Creating presentations, reports, memos, and meeting minutes.
* Specific Support: Researching information, processing invoices, preparing contracts, and partially preparing accounting documents.
* Personal Errands: Personal tasks can also be undertaken as needed, such as shopping or organizing private matters.
* The person will always accompany our CEO on his trips, based on his calendar.
