* Proven experience in a senior leadership position within renewable energy.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing at board level and externally with key clients and investors.
* Strong understanding of both onshore and offshore wind service markets.
* Strategic mindset with hands-on operational capability and commercial acumen.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
* A credible, engaging communicator able to inspire confidence internally and externally.
