We have an exciting new opportunity - a Field Sales Representative position (6-month fixed-term contract) to work in West Germany for our new client- Lattiz

Overall purpose of the role: As a Sales Representative for Lattiz, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding existing partnerships within the Horeca, Convenience, and Coffee market. With a strong hunting mindset, you identify potential opportunities, approach key decision-makers, and develop them into long-term, profitable relationships. Your focus will be on high-traffic coffee locations operating in organized formats such as clusters or chains under one owner with between 5 to 50 outlets. Leveraging your market knowledge and network, you will position Lattiz as the preferred solution and ensure strong visibility in this competitive space.
As a native German speaker with excellent English skills, you are comfortable operating in an international environment while also bringing a deep understanding of the local market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced Horeca environment, loves engaging with people, and is motivated by making a real impact on sales performance and customer connection.
Key Accountabilities:
 * Win new businesses and proactively identify, target, and acquire new accounts within the Horeca, Convenience, and Coffee markets
 * Grow existing partnerships and expand Lattizs footprint across multiple locations within existing partner networks
 * Deliver sales targets through a proactive hunting approach, structured account planning, and consistent pipeline management
 * Leverage market knowledge & network to identify opportunities, track competitor activity, and strengthen Lattizs position in the coffee market
 * Represent the brand at customer meetings, trade events, and industry forums, ensuring professional and impactful presence
Person Specification:
 * Experienced Sales Representative or Account Manager, ideally within the Horeca, Convenience, or Coffee market
 * Ideal for someone ready to step up into a bigger commercial role
 * Proactive, target-driven personality with a strong ability to identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities
 * Solid understanding of the coffee industry, Horeca sector, and convenience channels; an existing network in the market is a strong advantage
 * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
 * Independent, structured, and able to manage a sales pipeline effectively, while staying flexible in a fast-moving environment
 * Confident and professional in customer interactions and industry events, representing Lattiz with energy and credibility
 * Native-level German with excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
 * Valid drivers license required; willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region West Germany
What do we offer:
 * Full time- 37.5 hrs, 5 days per week ,9am-5.30pm
 * 6 months fixed term contract
 * 2500-3000 monthly salary plus uncapped commission structure
 * Must be fully flexible between Mon-Sat
 * Regular travel across the west of Germany, inc. Friesland Campina head office in Netherlands
 * Must have a valid German driving license, car will be provided
 * Mileage and travel covered within budget
